How to Start a Private Label Baby Textile Line

A step-by-step OEM guide for baby brands: choosing products, customization options, sampling, factory capacity and what to prepare before your first bulk order.

Private label is the fastest way for baby brands, distributors and Amazon sellers to build a distinctive textile line without running a factory. Here is how an OEM program works at our baby textile factory, and what to prepare before your first order.

Step 1: choose your product mix

Start with one or two hero products and expand. Our line covers muslin swaddles and blankets, hooded bath towels, bibs, burp cloths, washcloths, crib sheets, changing pads and pillows - most buyers launch with swaddles or hooded towels and add matching items for gift sets.

Step 2: decide your customization

- Custom digital printing: your patterns, mascot or logo across the fabric
- Color programs: ready solid colors plus custom colors on OEM orders
- Branding: printed logo, embroidery or woven label
- Packaging: opp bag or custom box packing

Step 3: sampling

Sampling support is available before bulk production. Send us your artwork or reference product, confirm fabric, size, layers and printing, and we produce a sample for your approval. Sample policy: contact us for arrangement.

Step 4: production at factory scale

Our factory ships 60,000+ pieces daily, with in-house digital printing, automatic cutting, washing and drying lines, and filling for quilted items. A 7A photon antibacterial chamber is part of the flow. This is what keeps quality consistent from your sample to reorders.

Step 5: quote, MOQ and lead time

MOQ and lead time are quoted per project and depend on fabric, layers, printing and packaging. Contact us with your product list and target market, and we will confirm pricing, current ready-stock colors and a production schedule.
